I bail out
And take off
In the desert dust behind me
The hounds are trying to sniff out my wrongs
I'm walking a wire
If I step one foot out of place
They will feed me to the afterlife
I punch it into the future
I'm gunnin’ straight for the borderline
I've got no time for indecision
I've got to keep moving on
I'm gone, gone, gone
I've got no time for redemption
Adios
And so long
In a blink
It was done
How quickly anger turns to prayer
Staring down the business end of a gun
The sweat of remorse
He deserved a one way ticket to Jesus
So I passed one on
I cut and run to the future
I'm gunnin’ straight for the borderline
I've got no time for indecision
I've got to keep moving on
I'm gone, gone, gone
I've got no time for redemption
Namaste
And so long
A sinner with a scandalous face
This world is just a dive
Where everyone knows my name
Oh, I've got no time for redemption
Auf Wiedersehen,
And so long,
I've got no time for crucifixion,
I am a son of a gun,
I'm gone, gone, gone,
I've got no time for confession,
What I've done, I have done.
A sinner with a scandalous face,
This world is just a dive,
Where everyone knows my name,
No, I've got no time for redemption,
Goodbye,
And so long.
I swear to God. It's like stepping through the fn Narnia closet with each album. Yet somehow, again, I was not prepared for the absolute spirit quest this took me on.
10/10, will be spinning on my table for years to come. Magnus Blackwood
The Long Island metal band's third album etches arena-sized hooks into their jagged compositions, deftly balancing experimental and poppy inclinations. Bandcamp Album of the Day May 12, 2022
Magistral ! Jordan Vauvert
